Job Summary
As a CCTV Installation Specialist, you will be involved in installing security systems, including intruder alarms, access systems, and CCTV. You will install security systems to relevant industry standards, providing exceptional customer service with industry-leading technical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to exceed the expectations and requirements of both internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers.
- Service the appropriate devices, working safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, damage to property, and the loss of unused materials.
- Ensure your time is managed efficiently and jobs are prioritized correctly.
- Correctly complete engineer work reports, handover certificates/BSIA certificates or checklists as appropriate.
Requirements
- Experience within the Fire & Security industry.
- Driving license.
- Ability to lift and climb ladders.
- Previous experience working in a customer-facing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hold current relevant qualifications to the industry, such as 18th edition/NVQ/City and Guilds/BTEC.
