Job Title: Trainee Fire and Security Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Fire and Security Engineer. As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the fire and security industry, working with a range of fire and security systems.

About the Role:
  • As a Trainee Fire and Security Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing a wide variety of fire and security systems located within a compact geographical area.
  • You will be provided with a company van and all the necessary tools to carry out your work.
  • You will be trained to work independently, with the support of an experienced engineer.
  • You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the fire and security industry, working with a range of fire and security systems.
Requirements:
  • Electrical and/or engineering experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • You must be willing to learn and develop within a growing organisation.
  • You must have great attention to detail.
  • You must be professional and presentable at all times.
  • You must be able to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • You must be able to perform well as an individual as well as part of a team.
  • You must have a positive attitude.
  • You must have a full driving licence.
What We Offer:
  • A basic starting salary of £24,000 per annum.
  • On Target Earnings – £28,000 - £30,000 including bonuses & overtime.
  • A company van and fuel card.
  • A comprehensive training programme, including classroom training and on-site training.
