Job Summary

We are seeking a well-seasoned Senior Building Surveyor to join our team, who will be responsible for working on a portfolio of interesting projects and contributing to the growth and development of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver due diligence and building surveys, defect diagnosis, fire risk assessments, and contract administration services to clients
  • Manage clients and work closely with the team to deliver professional and project duties
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Participate in continuous professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Chartered or non-chartered Senior Building Surveyor with relevant experience in similar sectors
  • RICS accredited degree and/or MRICS qualification
  • Commercially-minded and able to work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
