Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Care Management professional to join our management team as a Dual Registered Service Manager. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support, with a strong focus on leadership and people development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our residential services in Trowbridge, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement person-centred support plans, conducting thorough care needs assessments and recruiting and inducting new colleagues.
  • Complete supervisions and appraisals, medication competencies and audits, and attend multi-disciplinary meetings to ensure seamless collaboration with local authorities and healthcare professionals.
  • Effectively manage the services' P&L, ensuring financial stability and responsible resource allocation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Prior experience in a care management role, preferably with individuals with autism and complex mental health needs.
  • Able to undertake CQC registration and demonstrate a passion for continuous improvement.
