Location: Goodson Lodge, Trowbridge
**Pay rate**:£11.10 per hour (plus weekend and NVQ enhancements available)
Contracted Hours: 36 hours per week
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Our Care Assistants make a real difference to our residents every day; whether it’s supporting them with their daily routines or personal care, providing companionship or joining in with the vast array of fun activities that take place in our homes, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring they are leading happy and fulfilled lives. You understand that some days might be challenging, but you’ll also laugh, have fun and make lasting memories with our residents. In joining us, you’ll also become part of our extended family. You’ll work alongside other team members who are passionate about providing care, warmth and kindness to all those who live and work in our homes.
If these shift / hours do not suit you, we can also offer hours on a casual basis that give you flexibility and work life balance. Simply let us know what you are looking for when you apply. If you've worked in retail, hospitality or within the warehouse industry then this could be suitable for you.
Goodson Lodge is situated in the historic county town of Trowbridge. This purpose-built care home has been created with our residents in mind. The home provides 24-hour specialist person-centred dementia care, residential care and respite care.
