An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Practice Lead to join our Children with Disabilities Service in Cheshire West and Chester.
This role will support both the Children with Disabilities Team and the Children's Transitions Team, operating on a hybrid working arrangement to promote work-life balance. The successful candidate will work with children and their families who have complex health needs and disabilities, requiring some travel within the post.
