Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and finalise year-end accounts, management accounts, and tax computations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead audit engagements, managing client relationships and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
- Train junior team members, developing their skills and expertise to drive business growth.
- Develop strong client knowledge and relationships, fostering long-term partnerships and driving revenue growth.
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualified, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- Previous experience in practice, preparing statutory and management accounts, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Confident leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Ability to develop strong client relationships, with a focus on building trust and delivering exceptional service.
