We are excited to announce an exciting opportunity for a skilled Tradesperson to join our team in Ipswich As a key member of our social housing maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out renovation and maintenance duties in void and tenanted properties across Essex, Suffolk, and Norfolk.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work independently and as part of a team when required. You will participate in a rota basis call-out system and undertake fault fixing, construction, and maintenance duties. Your role will also involve maintaining tools and equipment to ensure they remain in good condition.

Key Tasks:
  1. Carry out renovation and maintenance duties in void and tenanted properties

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 2 qualification in a core subject (carpentry/plumbing/electrical), NVQ Level 3 if Plumbing is the qualification
  • Awareness of Health and Safety Regulations
  • Skills in carpentry, plumbing, and decorating
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines
  • Holding a full UK driver's license
