Care Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead our care team in East London.
As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the care team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality personal care services to our service users.
You will be accountable for ensuring the correct number of suitably qualified care workers are available to meet the service demands, that the care work is of the required standard, and that all processes are followed and correctly controlled and documented.
You will also be responsible for compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
Key ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include:
- Managing the care team to deliver high-quality personal care services
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations
- Managing budgets and resources to ensure efficient delivery of services
- Developing and implementing care plans to meet the needs of service users
- Leading and managing a team of care workers to ensure high-quality care delivery
