About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead our care team in East London.

As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the care team and ensuring that our service users receive high-quality care.

You will be accountable for ensuring that the correct number of suitably qualified care workers are available to meet the service demands, that the care work is of the required standard, and that all processes are followed and correctly controlled and documented.

You will also be responsible for compliance with quality standards, both internally and for regulators and contract holders.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of the Registered Manager include:

  • Managing the day-to-day activities of the care team
  • Ensuring that our service users receive high-quality care
  • Ensuring that the correct number of suitably qualified care workers are available to meet the service demands
  • Ensuring that care work is of the required standard
  • Ensuring that all processes are followed and correctly controlled and documented
  • Compliance with quality standards, both internally and for regulators and contract holders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be an efficient, organised and experienced manager who is passionate about providing the best in community care.

You will also need good budget, business management and commercial skills to succeed in this role.
