Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Domiciliary Care Manager to join our team at London Care Limited. As a Senior Domiciliary Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our care team and ensuring that our service users receive the highest level of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the care team
- Ensure that service users receive the highest level of care
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of our service users
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided by the care team
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Requirements:
- Qualified Level 5 Health and Social Care Manager
- Experience working as a Registered Manager, ideally within a domiciliary care setting
- In-depth knowledge of CQC and its framework
- Experience in preparing for and facilitating CQC inspections
- Strong staff management skills
