Job Title: Senior Domiciliary Care Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Domiciliary Care Manager to join our team at London Care Limited. As a Senior Domiciliary Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our care team and ensuring that our service users receive the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the care team
  • Ensure that service users receive the highest level of care
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of our service users
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided by the care team
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:

  • Qualified Level 5 Health and Social Care Manager
  • Experience working as a Registered Manager, ideally within a domiciliary care setting
  • In-depth knowledge of CQC and its framework
  • Experience in preparing for and facilitating CQC inspections
  • Strong staff management skills
