We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented European Export Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Freight Personnel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of European export transportation, ensuring seamless and efficient shipment of goods.
Key Responsibilities- Manage quotations and collaborate with the pricing team to ensure accurate pricing and documentation.
- Book and coordinate FTL and LTL movements, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation solutions.
- Oversee collection and delivery operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Verify and validate customer data to ensure accurate documentation and invoicing.
- Research and stay up-to-date on specific country regulations and procedures for international shipments.
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including suppliers and transport providers, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Prepare and distribute documentation, including CMR, insurance certificates, and customs documents.
- Confirm shipment details and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in European road freight, with a focus on FTL, LTL, and customs operations.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software and systems.
- Competitive salary of £28,000 per annum.
