Job Offer

We are offering a highly competitive salary package, including £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, based on experience, with a flexible schedule of 3 days on site and 2 days from home. Additionally, you will receive a bonus, pension, 25 days annual leave (33 total inc. BH), carry over of 5 days at LM discretion, buy annual leave, and EV salary sacrifice scheme. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing the market to identify new opportunities, leading category management projects, and developing relationships with suppliers to improve pricing and quality of service. You will work closely with the head of procurement to achieve strategic business goals and provide solutions to sales challenges. Key Responsibilities

This role involves:
  1. Reporting to the head of procurement and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive strategic business objectives.
  2. Analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify new product and service opportunities.
  3. Leading category management projects to optimize ranges and improve profitability.
  4. Developing relationships with suppliers to improve pricing, terms, and quality of service.
  5. Providing quick solutions to sales challenges and driving revenue growth.
  6. Creating a long-term sourcing plan to drive continuous cost reductions and improved value.
