Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our team at Moxy London Stratford. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing brand and contribute to its success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily food and beverage operations, including staffing, inventory, and sales
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create menus and promotions that meet guest expectations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and licensing requirements
• Analyze sales data and financial reports to inform business decisions

Requirements:
• Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a similar role or as a senior server/hostess
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure
• Good knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cash handling
