Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Service
    • Provide efficient and friendly service to all guests, responding to their requests promptly and professionally.
    • Ensure all guest interactions are positive and productive, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
    • Process guest transactions, including payments and refunds.
  • Communication
    • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
    • Use clear and concise language, avoiding jargon and technical terms.
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
    • Support and assist colleagues as needed, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.

Requirements

  • Knowledge and Experience
    • Knowledge of Opera and experience working in the hospitality industry or similar.
    • Good knowledge of IT systems and the ability to learn new systems.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple requests.
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
