Key Responsibilities:

  1. Condition and prepare flowers for use in arrangements
  2. Advise customers on flower selection and arrangement design
  3. Design and create beautiful floral arrangements to meet our brand's high standards
  4. Pack and present flowers to ensure a high level of quality
  5. Manage daily paperwork and administrative tasks
  6. Maintain a clean and organized studio and shop environment
  7. Coordinate with internal and external couriers for customer deliveries
  8. Support head office staff with ad-hoc requests

Requirements:

  1. Strong knowledge of seasonal flowers and their care
  2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  3. Efficient time management and attention to detail
  4. Creative flair and ability to work to tight deadlines

Please note that this is a full-time position, working a 9-hour shift, 5 days a week, on a rotating schedule.
