We are thrilled to offer a unique opportunity for a skilled and passionate Commis Chef to join our dynamic team at a brand-new Thai restaurant.

The restaurant aims to deliver a memorable dining experience by serving authentic and delicious Thai dishes. As a Commis Chef, you will be part of a talented team helping to create and serve exceptional meals. Your knowledge of Thai cuisine, ingredients, and techniques will be key in delivering a flavorsome menu.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
  2. Prepare and cook Thai dishes to our recipes and standards
  3. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
  4. Manage stock levels and inventory
  5. Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Commis Chef, preferably with a focus on Thai cuisine
  • Strong passion for cooking and genuine interest in Thai culinary traditions
  • Knowledge of Thai ingredients, spices, and cooking techniques
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Excellent communication skills
