About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Home Manager to join our team at HC-One Brompton House. As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall well-being of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and services
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and efficient care environment
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to prevent harm or neglect
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with current PIN on the NMC register
  • Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect
  • Willingness to study for a Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5
