Parts Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join our busy Parts Department at Renault Bolton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating the front counter, serving our technicians, and managing our parts storage facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the front counter, providing excellent customer service to retail customers
  • Serve our technicians with parts and accessories
  • Manage inbound and outbound parts order calls
  • Help manage the site's parts storage facility/warehouse

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an automotive parts advisor, autoparts consultant, aftersales advisor/supervisor, trade parts telesales operative, or motor factors sales advisor
  • Experience with automotive parts systems like Kerridge and Pinnacle
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

What We Offer:

  • A basic salary of £27,493 per annum, comprising £26,500 pa for weekday work and £993 pa for Saturday morning work
  • A monthly bonus allowing earnings up to or in excess of £30,475 per annum
  • 25 days holiday + public holidays, pension, employee and family discounts, eye care vouchers, and more
