As a Senior Site Agent at Galliford Try, you will play a key role in supporting the project team in matters of third-party liaison. This will involve actively engaging with clients, coordinating communications with third parties, promoting the company and the project, and dealing with complaints. You will also be responsible for delivering MHA framework engagement requirements and ensuring that Highways England's imperatives 'Safety, Customer, and Delivery' are met on time.

Working closely with the SPM, estimating, and commercial teams, you will ensure that robust budget and Total of Prices submissions are prepared and submitted for GT governance and agreed with client teams to secure Notice to Proceed to construction. You will also work with the commercial team to manage change, ensure commercial processes are followed in all procurement activities, and achieve best value.

Additionally, you will plan and prepare for the delivery of the Scheme throughout the project lifecycle, manage risk and opportunities in conjunction with the Risk Manager and SPM, and take ownership of the delivery and quality of work to the required standards. You will also manage the Construction Teams and Supply Chain partners to ensure delivery of the Scheme in line with the agreed Budget, Programme, and Scope.

Promoting a positive safety, quality, and FREDIE culture is also a key aspect of this role. You will have proven experience in successfully managing teams and contributing to their professional development, as well as strong project management capabilities with a track record of delivering to client expectations.
