We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Topps Tiles. As a key member of our branch management team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve sales targets and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Utilize your product expertise and excellent customer service skills to sell, advise on, and promote our tile and associated product ranges to customers.
  • Represent the Topps Tiles brand and contribute to the profitability and reputation of your branch by leading a team of dedicated professionals.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Knowledge of interior design trends and products.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with stock management and retail processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
