Priory Group is a leading provider of care services, and we are seeking a Bank Support Worker to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a caring and supportive individual to join our team as a Bank Support Worker. As a Bank Support Worker, you will provide support to tenants in our supported living services, enabling them to live independently and participate in their community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to tenants in their daily lives, including assistance with personal care, medication, and household tasks.
  • Support tenants to participate in activities and engage with their community, such as shopping trips, eating out, and bowling.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our tenants.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring that the needs and preferences of our tenants are met.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a caring and supportive individual with a passion for working with people. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and tenants.
