Senior Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at our residential service in Folkestone. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex needs, and challenging behaviours to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
- Assist with supervision and management of the service, including allocating shifts and booking training
- Induct new colleagues and provide support with supervision
- Order medication and ensure individuals have access to necessary resources
- Support individuals to manage their finances and make informed decisions
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker
- Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex needs, and challenging behaviours
