Sales and Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Operations Manager to lead our tailoring department.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the trading of the department, planning future ranges, and driving sales and profit growth.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Forecasting sales and managing linecards to achieve maximum sales opportunities
- Collaborating with the Buying team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Managing stock levels to achieve optimal OTB levels
- Producing and analysing reports to inform business decisions
- Leading meetings with senior management to discuss performance and strategy
The estimated annual salary for this position is £50,000 - £60,000 based on industry standards.
