Job Title: Project Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Project Administrator to provide essential support to our Operations Manager and project teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and prior experience in project administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the transfer of information to and from our Client portal, ensuring all relevant team members are informed by liaising with Engineers, Project Managers, and the Operations Manager.
  2. Maintain an organized project library, including filing, recording, and reporting systems.
  3. Collaborate with the Operations Manager to track project progress and identify potential issues, ensuring thorough documentation and sign-offs.
  4. Adhere to company policies, standards, and initiatives.

Requirements:

  1. Strong academic background and prior experience in project administration.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) with a basic understanding of formulas.
  3. Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail abilities.
  4. Team player with the capability to collaborate effectively with project teams and clients.
  5. Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing project scopes.
  6. Agile approach to work, with the ability to manage complex document flows and multiple projects simultaneously.

Working Hours: 08:00 – 16:00, Monday to Friday.
