Requirements:

  • Commercial Acumen: Possess a strong understanding of commercial operations and the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Leadership and Management: Demonstrate excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of drivers.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with drivers, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Have a good understanding of transportation regulations and laws, as well as IT systems and software.
