Nuffield Health is seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Physiologist Specialist to join our team at our brand-new hospital in London. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing senior-level expertise in non-invasive cardiac investigations, specifically overseeing Echocardiography and Non-invasive services.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the Physiology team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Contribute to service provision within non-invasive cardiac investigations, including ECG, Holter monitoring, and patch monitoring.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and service efficiency.
- Collaborate with clinicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices in cardiac physiology.
- Extensive experience in managing Cardiology patients and working within a busy service.
- Senior-level knowledge and experience in Echocardiography and Non-invasive services.
- Ability to work flexibly across different areas, including ECG, Holter monitoring, and patch monitoring.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and educate the team.
- Competent and independent in Transthoracic Echocardiography, with a desire to learn and run Physiologist-led Exercise Stress Echocardiography clinics.
