Our client, a well-established and reputable brand in the commercial rental industry, seeks a results-driven professional to lead sales and branch operations. This role is ideal for someone committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving profitability.

About the Role

This dual-focused position involves managing branch operations and leading sales efforts for one of the company's sites in Leicester. You will report directly to the Group's Operations and Sales Directors, overseeing operational functions, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving revenue growth.

You will build strong relationships with clients, optimise branch performance, and contribute to strategic initiatives across the business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations, including people management, capacity planning, risk assessment, and compliance.
  • Building a robust sales pipeline and converting leads into accounts.
  • Fostering long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Collaborating with departments to achieve business goals.

The successful candidate will have previous operational experience in the rental sector or fleet management, a proven track record in driving business development, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. A commercial mindset and ability to solve problems are essential.

What We Offer

This role offers a base salary of £35,000 with a first year OTE of £45,000, plus a company car or allowance and competitive benefits.
