Care Assistant Job Description
">This is an exciting opportunity to join Athena Care Homes as a Care Assistant, where you will work closely with our experienced team to provide high-quality care to our residents.
">Your Key Responsibilities
">- You will deliver care in the home, ensuring continuous assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of residents' care.
- You will assist with and participate in all activities provided within the home to promote person-centered care.
- You will attend and complete all training and qualifications (statutory, mandatory, and developmental).
What We Offer
">We offer a competitive salary of £44 per hour, plus enhancements on bank holidays. You will also receive 28 days of holiday per year, free Blue Light Card, and access to the Blue Light discount platform.
