Nursery Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our OUTSTANDING nursery near Aylesbury. This fantastic setting is located in spacious grounds with their own large private gardens.

As a key member of our team, you will work alongside us to promote the aims and objectives of the nursery and together be leaders sustaining outstanding childcare for the setting.

Responsibilities include participating in out of working hours activities, such as training, monthly staff meetings, parent evenings, and fundraising events.

Be flexible within working practices of the nursery and prepared to help where needed, including undertaking certain domestic jobs within the nursery, e.g. preparation of snack meals, cleansing of equipment.

Work alongside the Manager and staff team to ensure that the nursery's philosophy is fulfilled.

Look upon the nursery as a whole, where your help can be most utilised, and be constantly aware of the individual needs of all children.

The successful candidate will benefit from excellent rates of pay and benefits, with on-going support and training.
