Staff Valuer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Valuer to join our team at BBL Property recruitment Ltd. As a Staff Valuer, you will be responsible for undertaking inspections, checking the quality of reports, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake inspections and valuation reports
  • Check the quality of reports from panel appointees
  • Provide exceptional service to clients
  • Work closely with the team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • MRICS/FRICS qualified with VRS
  • Accessible to a range of NW, SW, W, WC, and EC postcodes
  • Tech-savvy and embracing new technology
  • Familiar with BTL and HMO valuation methodology
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
