Due to ongoing expansion, my client is currently looking to recruit a talented Legal Secretary to join their thriving Conveyancing Department in Nottingham. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work with a highly respected firm and contribute to the growth of their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Providing administrative support to solicitors in the Conveyancing department
  2. Preparing bundles for court cases
  3. Typing correspondence on behalf of the department
  4. Managing diaries and schedules
  5. Accomplishing tasks through digital dictation
  6. Executing various administrative duties
  7. Filing and photocopying documents
  8. Assisting other members of the department as required

The ideal candidate will possess 6+ months experience in a Conveyancing law department, have a strong desire to learn and grow, be enthusiastic and ambitious, hardworking, organised, adaptable, and IT competent. Excellent timekeeping and attendance are also essential.
