Job Title: ICT Teacher

Job Description:

GSL Education is seeking a skilled ICT Teacher to deliver engaging lessons that cover key aspects of information and communication technology, from coding to digital literacy. As an ICT Teacher, you will inspire students to embrace the digital world, ensuring they gain essential skills and knowledge to thrive in an increasingly tech-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver ICT lessons that align with the curriculum and excite student interest.
  • Teach a variety of ICT topics, including coding, programming, digital literacy, and data analysis.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Manage classroom behavior, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Stay updated on the latest technology trends and incorporate them into the curriculum.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Strong subject knowledge in ICT, with experience teaching at the secondary school level.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Effective classroom management skills, with a focus on creating a positive learning environment.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
