Aircraft Maintenance Scheduling Specialist

TrustFlight is a leading provider of SaaS solutions to the aviation industry, specializing in safety, maintenance, and compliance. We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Scheduling Specialist to join our team.
Job Summary:
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to optimize aircraft utilization and minimize downtime
- Collaborate with our maintenance teams to ensure that all necessary tasks are completed within prescribed time limits
- Liaise with external partners to secure maintenance inputs and manage work updates
- Compile and revise maintenance statements to ensure accurate reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; significant relevant experience will also be considered
- Strong experience with maintenance scheduling and coordination
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
- Knowledge of maintenance programming and OEM documents
