About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Surgical Team as a Nursing Leadership Role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting excellent patient care, developing clinical policies, and supporting the growth and development of junior staff.

Main Duties
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practice guidelines
  • Provide mentorship and supervision to junior staff
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals
Person Specification
  • Registered nurse with current NMC registration
  • Postgraduate qualification in nursing or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in surgical nursing
  • Proven track record of leadership and innovation
