Job Description

As a Disability Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of ASB Officers in providing effective management and support to ensure a culture of positive performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to ASB Officers to build their knowledge and expertise in areas of ASB and tenancy fraud.
  • Work with Neighbourhood teams to identify solutions to ASB and inform local plans and offers.
  • Develop effective working practices and cross-team collaboration to deliver ASB services and tenancy enforcement action.
  • Lead and motivate the ASB Team through regular meetings and performance reviews.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months recent experience in a similar team leading/supervisory role.
  • Extensive knowledge of best practice in tackling ASB.
  • Significant experience of achieving successful outcomes in managing ASB.
  • Demonstrable achievement in developing a team to build team competence and performance.
  • A good understanding of good practice in managing tenancy fraud and key legislation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
