We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyperson/Multi-Trader to join our team at Fawkes & Reece South in Chertsey. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for carrying out various tasks, including woodwork, metalwork, and minor snagging works.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the general building trade and hold a valid CSCS card. You will also need to possess good written and verbal communication skills and be able to supply your own hand tools and power tools, including either 110v or 18v cordless equipment.
As a Handyperson/Multi-Trader, you will work under the supervision of our Project Manager and Site Manager, receiving job lists and checking drawings to ensure accuracy. You will also be responsible for handing back snag sheets each day to show completed works.
