McKinlay Law is seeking a skilled Hospitality and Event Coordinator to join our team in Central London.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading American law firm, planning and executing high-profile events, both internal and external. As a Hospitality and Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for researching venues, catering services, and other event-related vendors, managing event logistics, and ensuring seamless execution of events. You will also work closely with the Business Development team to develop and implement event strategies, manage budgets and schedules, and lead a small team of vendors and suppliers.

Responsibilities
  1. Source and recommend high-quality venues, catering services, and other event-related vendors
  2. Coordinate event logistics, including budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management
  3. Plan and execute internal events, including company meetings, conferences, and social gatherings
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues
  5. Prepare and distribute event communications, reports, and proposals

We offer a generous salary up to £75,000+ (negotiable depending on experience) and a comprehensive benefits package, including bonus opportunities.
