Finisher Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Finisher to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property in Newcastle. The successful candidate will have experience working on housing sites, holding a valid CSCS card, and possessing own tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete patching and preparation of surfaces for painting
  • Paint and finish interior and exterior surfaces to a high standard
  • Snag and address defects as needed
  • Mastic/silicon new build houses to meet quality standards

Requirements:

  • A valid CSCS card
  • Own tools and equipment
  • Experience working on a housing site with similar responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is around £48,000, with a competitive pay rate that includes CIS, PAYE, or Umbrella options. Additional benefits include ongoing work opportunities and access to Randstad's training department.
