AECOM is a world-leading infrastructure consulting firm seeking an experienced Program Management Lead to join its advisory and delivery teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in program management, with expertise in leading complex multidisciplinary teams and managing diverse stakeholder groups. They will also possess excellent leadership, strategy development, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the team in delivering strategic goals related to capability, growth, and commercial targets;
  • Leading or supporting the delivery of significant, complex program management advisory or delivery commissions involving multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholder groups;
  • Ensuring commissions are managed and delivered to appropriate quality standards and commercial expectations;
  • Demonstrating leadership in implementing AECOM health, safety, and environment requirements;
  • Identifying and acting upon business development opportunities with existing and new clients, including cross-selling opportunities within and without the team;

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience in public and private sector infrastructure, aviation, energy, rail, and water; or defence, government, highways, health, environment, and sustainability;
  • Complex, multi-disciplinary program and PMO management experience;
  • Leadership, strategy development, relationship management, complex problem-solving, and insightful skills;
  • Management consulting experience;
  • Client management experience, with ability to manage live programs while seeking new opportunities;
  • Line management experience in a comparable consultancy business;
  • Highly motivated with excellent industry network;
  • Commercial experience, with proven track record of winning and retaining new clients.

We offer a competitive salary range of £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a flexible location option within the UK and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
