About the Role

The B-Hive is an in-house creative agency that brings to life the creative needs of top beauty brands, including No7, Soap & Glory, and Liz Earle. We combine the capabilities of an external creative and production team with the speed and flexibility of an in-house setup, underpinned by years of experience dedicated to Boots and No7 Beauty Company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and deliver high-profile projects across paid and owned channels.
  • Manage multiple campaign deadlines, ensuring issues, risks, or challenges are communicated and upholding agency standards.
  • Take the lead in client meetings, presentations, and signoffs, both virtual and in-person.
  • Be the delivery expert for your account, ensuring you're pushing for opportunities and continuously proposing solutions with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Coordinate and partner with Project Managers to support plan, track, and deliver end-to-end projects for various campaign and channel requirements.
  • Proactive, continuous improvement of processes.
  • Support the finance process, staying on top of tracking scope, estimating, and tracking budgets, and ensuring monthly updates are on track.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Account Management experience within an agency or related creative environment.
  • Experience working and collaborating with media agencies and delivering creative against large media plans.
  • Fluent in project management principles, specifically delivering omni-channel creative assets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
  • Good with numbers, calculating and developing estimates for clients.
  • Confident and highly organized, with good listening and note-taking skills.
  • Smart, friendly, proactive, and objective-focused, always keeping the customer in mind.
