Job Title: Principal Software Engineer / Technical Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Principal Software Engineer / Technical Lead to join our team at Client Server. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using C#.Net and AWS.

About the Role:

  • Lead the development of software solutions using C#.Net and AWS, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, and QA engineers, to ensure alignment and share resources.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting software engineering best practices and ensuring knowledge sharing.
  • Work closely with Technical Leads across different squads to ensure alignment and share resources.
  • Design and implement microservices architecture, breaking monoliths into smaller, more manageable components.
  • Advocate for software engineering best practices, ensuring adherence to industry standards and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills in C#.Net, AWS, and SQL backend development.
  • Good knowledge of microservices architecture, event-driven architectures, and cloud computing.
  • Experience in leading technical teams, providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Architect and design knowledge, with a good understanding of software engineering best practices.
