Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Mammoet. As an HR Advisor, you will play a critical role in helping to accelerate careers in line with our business objectives. Reporting into our Senior HR Manager, this role is a twelve-month fixed-term maternity cover. We will consider applicants looking to work full or part time. Hybrid working is also available.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising on the effective deployment and development of people
• Advising Managers on employee issues
• Conducting disciplinary and grievance hearings
• Aligning talent management and development with business objectives
• Ensuring compliance with Mammoet's HR standards, procedures, and processes
• Producing and delivering reports on HR activities
• Developing strong networks and relationships across the business

Requirements

• Professional level experience in organization and job design, organizational development, employment law, HR systems, and MS Office suite
• English, fluent proficiency verbal and written
• CIPD L5 qualified or above
• Evidence of experience in a similar role, ideally in any/some of the following sectors: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports, and mining
• Bachelor's degree in HR or legal discipline
