Job Title: Maintenance Controller

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Controller to join our team at WJ Landscape Companies. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and track maintenance schedules for our vehicles
  2. Support the maintenance team with handling incoming calls and emails
  3. Process tyre replacements/repairs and arrange customer recharges
  4. Respond to internal and external enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  5. Process vehicle repairs in a timely manner
  6. Verify supplier invoices to ensure accuracy and upload to our database
  7. Chase maintenance and bodywork suppliers to ensure timely repairs
Requirements:
  1. Proven track record in a similar role or transferable skills from a vehicle technician or service advisor
  2. Methodical and process-driven with high attention to detail and accuracy
  3. Good numeracy and literacy skills
  4. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft packages
  5. Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
  6. Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize workload under pressure
  7. Driving licence preferred but not essential
Working Hours and Benefits:

Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 17:30pm

23 days plus statutory bank holidays

£27,000 annual salary, bonus scheme, and company vehicle
