The role

Our team represents a wide range of clients across various sectors, including international energy companies and landowners involved in renewable energy projects. We work with national house builders, developers, and property investors.

The role covers all aspects of commercial property law and involves –

  • Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements
  • Landlord and tenant leasing and management documentation
  • Site acquisition and assemble for house builders
  • Title analysis and reporting, along with other due diligence matters
  • Acquiring investment properties
  • Development sales and letting agreements
  • Secured lending transactions with banks and other lenders
  • Handling renewable energy projects, including battery storage, wind turbines, solar, and hydro-electric developments
  • Managing transactions related to hotels, restaurants, retail, and leisure sectors

Key Requirements

You will ideally have experience in commercial property law, but we welcome applications from those with a residential conveyancing background looking for a career change. There are opportunities to specialise in specific areas and you will receive support and mentoring within a highly supportive team.
