We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Commercial Real Estate Lawyer to join our clients growing team.


Role Overview:

As a Real Estate Lawyer, you will manage a diverse caseload, providing expert legal advice on a range of matters, including property acquisitions and disposals, leasing, development, and investment. Your role will involve working closely with clients to navigate complex transactions, ensuring their needs are met while mitigating legal risks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial real estate transactions from inception to completion.
  • Advise clients on the acquisition, disposal, leasing, and development of commercial properties.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and investment agreements.
  • Provide strategic advice on property law matters, including regulatory compliance and risk management.
  • Negotiate terms and manage relationships with clients, agents, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on market trends and changes to commercial property law.


Qualifications:

  • Qualified solicitor (1+ PQE) with experience in commercial real estate law.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a keen interest in the commercial property sector.
