Job Title: Head of Soccer Aid

Job Summary:

UNICEF is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the operational delivery of the Soccer Aid for UNICEF campaign. As the Head of Soccer Aid, you will be responsible for managing a team to deliver income-generating and brand awareness activations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement campaign strategies to increase fundraising and brand awareness for Soccer Aid for UNICEF.
  • Manage a team of professionals to deliver campaign objectives and ensure successful event execution.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align campaign goals with UNICEF's overall mission and objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in campaign management, preferably in the non-profit sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
