Job Title: Global Strategic Sourcing Manager

We're seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Global Supply Chain Planning efforts. As a key member of our Global Supply Chain Leadership team, you'll drive initiatives that put people and performance at the heart of everything.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for shaping the future of our global supply chain strategy, driving the transformation of digital supply chain solutions across the globe. You'll lead global demand and supply processes, balancing the needs of multiple markets to ensure product availability at the right time and place, all while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global supply chain strategies that align with business objectives
  • Lead the transformation of digital supply chain solutions, integrating advanced technology to streamline planning, forecasting, and inventory management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless product launches
  • Manage global demand and supply processes, balancing multiple markets to ensure product availability
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels while ensuring product availability
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or Engineering
  • Extensive experience in supply chain management at a senior level, ideally within the life sciences, healthcare, or related industries
  • Deep understanding of modern supply chain concepts, including demand and supply planning, S&OP, and digital integration tools (ERP, forecasting software)
  • Strong background in navigating regulatory landscapes (such as FDA and cGMP)
