Guest Services Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Services Assistant to join our team at Holiday Inn Express Leeds East. As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Manage the reception area, handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest queries with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Work collaboratively with the hotel team to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure all guest interactions are handled with a friendly, informed, and effective approach.
