Guest Services Manager

We're seeking a dedicated and motivated Guest Services Manager to join our team at Thorpe Park Hotel & Spa. As the public face of our hotel, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Welcome Hosts and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage the front desk and ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve business objectives
